      Good work-life balance, lots of free food, not pushed too hard, most of the clients we work with aren't to difficult

      Cons

      Pay is low comparatively, management seems more concerned with stock price recently than employees, open office space is difficult to work in

      Work-life balance was awesome. Management was approachable and understanding of different aspects of the job and life. Great variety of work

      Smaller company, so sometimes financial targets were missed.
