Doesn't conduct performance reviews ... If you want a raise you'll have to ask for it after an adequate amount of time worked (1 year) ... BUT... You will most likely receive if you perform exceptional and don't miss much work.

They are a 20 year old start up. Consistent cash flow issues. COO and owner play good cop, bad cop games. Watch your back and keep your head down.High expectations low pay.
