*lots of breaks between flights if you’re a gate agent * trainings are good if you’re new to aviation you’ll learn a lot *you’ll have a great view of planes everyday *lots of great people to work with
Cons
*almost no benefits just ham and 13 month bonus and free meal every anniversary of the company hehe or if there’s just a major delayed or short staffed *no free meal or consistent shuttle for employees *no lounge area inside the boarding gates or check in counters for employees * locker room is too crowded *some are rude for no reasons, they just really want to embarrassed some coworkers * some are very untidy no discipline for cleanliness in the locker area *some flights are not divided equally if you’re a gate agent
