Interview and job description were wildly different from the actual job. While you can work from home, I was expected to respond to emails, messages, or calls 24/7, leading to a lack of true work-life balance. There were not enough staff members to get the work done, leading me to have to share with clients we could not do work for another 2-4 weeks. No real support, as supervisors often canceled check in's due to their own schedules being chaotic.
