      Building friendships with 'some' people in the office. Relaxed culture

      Cons

      Churn and burn Upper management are sexist and don't provide opportunities to females Lack of flexibility - don't even ask to work from home Misogynistic behaviour from management No career progression unless you're a male or a female who is in the purple circle Lack of respect for females

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with people from around the world and fine tune my skills.

      Cons

      Drinking and if you don't you're not a part of the in-crowd, Unwanted advances from peers. I had several race based encounters. Degrading and dishonest leadership. My bonus was based on my managers performance. If I wanted my bonus I needed to drive them to be successful.
