      Pros

      There are very few positive things to say about this company. Basic salary is OK. No overtime.

      Cons

      No pension. Office is miserable - cheap/broken chairs, too hot in summer and utterly freezing in winter due to no aircon or heating and the place is filthy (cleaner comes once a week and does a terrible job). Very little work coming in and as a result you will learn little here. Lots of support due to outdated in-house cms that is not compliant with modern browsers

      Pros

      There are many! Pension, great working environment and facilitates - profit sharing, flexi time, flexible holidays, bacon rolls on Friday - all you'd expect from an agency. What I liked the most was having control on the projects not just being a small member in a big team. Consequently I gained a lot of experience from the work and others in the company. Some really good clients with challenging projects, a lot in the Arts. I’ve been back to say Hi to the people I worked with, always feel welcome.

      Cons

      The previous review is wrong the company is not called made with web it’s called WEB! We all think the reviewer wasn’t from WEB – in 2012 we had a boom year and we all got a nice Christmas bonus! There is now a page called web
