Its a long list, so best if you get yourself a bag of popcorn. - The Delhi office is worse than a municipality building. - Office stinks of urine - Bathrooms are dirty, no toilet paper, no tissue paper to even wipe your hands - No tea / coffee machine, the cunning admin team makes sure tea is served twice a day, burnt, flooded with water and sugar, you can't taste tea. - The HR doesn't even sit out of Delhi office - HR has only one job, send birthday wishes everyday - Has the most stupid policy of submitting monthly bills - Doesn't reimburse your phone bill but actually just hands you over a random phone number when you join - Mosquito infested building, AC is shut after 7 PM even if employees are sitting and working. - biometric has been installed to track minimum 8 working hours but there is no arrangement to pay employees for extra work hours or work during weekends. - The owner of the company, the HR and the top management CEO etc have never showed a single sign of ' employee first'. - Zero investment into employee welfare and well being. Worst company I have ever worked for.
