Great Tips and hard work - Banquet Server Madonna Inn Employee Review

The tips are good, and it's nice to be good with people.

"No" breaks similar to most service industry and, the stakes are higher but worth it.

-fun people/place - meals provided from the kitchen (I recommend the sweet potato fries)+ free sodas anytime - good benefits or so i hear (i didn't sign up) - 3 different stores - bow maker - lots to do - usually easy to get time off

-treats long time employees like managers without extra pay -pay is low -Holidays are required (only pays more for Thanksgiving and Christmas) -has you forfeit your lunch on a 6 hour shift - understaffed
