      Pros

      Not much you can learn few things and nothing else.

      Cons

      Partiality in working environment. Salary package is not upto the candidate potential. No proper working time. No compensation for working extra hours even for Sundays. No ESI. No PF. Poor management and improper handling of employees. No principles, disciplines in working organization. No cleanliness in working area.

      Pros

      The quality of testing and results and the satisfaction of customers will be best

      Cons

      The worst one is that no satisfactory in work culture, If there is no satisfaction in work culture, how can there be encouragement in work, there are many misaligned timings which means there is no fixed time, it is very frustrating to leave the office at very late hours yet getting scolded at morning for coming late, there is also partiality with people I personally see many partiality within staffs and senior members
