Pros

Senior leadership has become more consolidated and straight forward to understand. Flexible working hours can start between 6am and 10am Solid remote working team Management are kind and compassionate Work is manageable The company seems to care about it's employees. Everybody in my team enjoys working here and is happy Work is meaningful The company promotes training and opportunities within

Cons

New hires are subjected to 3 days a week in the office, while the rest of the team remains 100% remote The company does have some huge bottlenecks, but are working to address them, but it does place strain on teams There seems to be millions of managers Very much an Australian / UK divide, but we still work well together, just with delays and late/early meetings
