1yWe are certainly aware that inflationary pressures and cost of living increases are making things a challenge for people right across society. With this front of mind we are doing everything we can to balance our responsibilities to maintain a viable and competitive presence in the market while supporting our employees to the full extent possible.We are constantly evolving our EVP and the large list of benefits that are available to all permanement employees beyond their base salaries and this is an area in which we will continue to deliver improvements.
