Working environment is ok. Colleagues are helpful and company move vry fast,

Can be busy during peak period. Working process still improving need adapt quickily.

Nice team and friendly colleagues, easy to get along with. Team leader is generally supportive and gives room to do your work. Good exposure to the investment or fintech space.

Things can move quite fast and directions may change along the way. Management style is a bit top-down at times, and processes are still not very structured.
