Cons
1. Micromanagement is their work culture, you can not go to washroom at even wfh. 2. NO JOB SECURITY. They give a very lame reason to their employees like pricess shut down and fires then in middle of month or just end of month and release salaries after 90 days. Please be awasre magic crate is a scam. If you do not trust me go ahead you will know exactly. 3. Favourism is their motto, you are from delhi ncr, mumbai etc just excluding south, they will cut in in middle of month after sucking you till last drop. 4. Salary deduction. Yes they have daily base targets, if you do not fulfill they will makr youFULL DAL LOP. 5. Manager and HR they are worst. I mean seriously. No sense of humour no respect towards employees. 6. If you take leave on saturday they will force you to work on monday. 7. No work life balance
