Stay away, fraudulent company - Anonymous employee MagicCube Employee Review

The teams tend to be smaller or at least when i worked there. You have to pull your weight but there is also an opportunity to shine. When i was there there was a casual employee lunch somewhere on Fridays and these were a lot of fun, Went to maybe 5. Managers didn't go seemed to be the culture and they took more time to eat, not like my previous company were everyone was done in 30 minutes. Gave you a chance to get to know people better. The tech is interesting and things are well organized in terms of tasks and objectives.

It was a smaller company when i was there and a lot of the people in the office were developers or QA and there was not like a lot of staff for the traditional departments in a company more like one person. I enjoyed that but if you are used to a bigger company were you have more people this is not quite that size when i was there.

The team is great; the best teammates I have ever had. Everyone is friendly and fun to work with. The office is great and has a gym and a yoga class once a week. Lunch is provided by the company once a week. Bagels are served every Monday. The snacks are good thanks to the members of the team who take care of it. Work is mostly interesting and the product has a great potential.

The management was not always transparent but things have gotten better lately. The company is still in its early stages and the pains of growth are felt.
