Pros
A helpful crew of people who are knowledgeable in there specific field of interest. Decent pay and bonuses throughout the year. Really good development program as far as book clubs and learning sessions offered. Rapid production helps you acclimate quickly to your role.
Cons
Hard to make progress up the ladder. Successor to jobs usually planned prior to posting them so it's a waste of time to apply usually. Environment is starting to trend downward with people becoming unhappy with the shift in leadership and new rules popping up. Never know where you stand due to poor performance evaluations.
