Pros
People on the floor are great.. pay is so so. Some very good mid managers team members
Cons
Management, acting GM has no idea on who his management team are. Does not know the good people he has or had. He is a very abusive person and everyone is afraid to complain. Has got rid of very hard working people and hired some useless ones. Maintenance Manager comes to mind. Why his boss allowed it to happen?.. cover thy butt. The company was and still is in trouble not making any money, the future is unknown.
