From Magna Electronics Perspective(Software and Electronics):-
- Quality of product no great as domain knowledge is poor.
- There is no Centre of Excellence or pool of inhouse engineers
- There is no roadmap, huge gap between R&D and market needs.
- Management doesn't know what they are doing really,
- Veoneer acquisition just for RADAR product integration didn't work well.
- Work culture is extremely bad , resembles India services company
- Work with fast to market, emerging OEMs and make them go bankrupt.
