      Pros

      Fun coworkers Free Beer Opportunities to learn a variety of systems your knowledge will increase quickly Realistic approach to ‘the customer is always right’

      Cons

      Lack of training and no real on boarding I was left alone to watch videos Morale suffers because of heavy workload Environment stressful and chaotic due to high call volume. Most MSP’s are like this just know what your getting into Limited access to internal resources for help and escalation Pay is ok but not great High employee turnover No work life balance - leaving on time after your shift is frowned upon and plan to eat lunch at your desk while stlll taking calls All in all decent company to work for

Free beer is cool sometimes, but we are really excited and proud of our MSP revolutionary changes we have made over the last 4 months. Our CEO has invested heavily in supportive management, training, and retention practices. Early feedback on these investments has been extremely positive, and we are really excited for that! Our team members enjoy work/life balance as well as work from home options. Our newly implemented management structure allows for constant feedback from employees so we can continue to be an industry leading MSP with happy and healthy employees.       Pros

      Magnitech is a great company to work for. If you are looking for a small, family environment, with growth opportunity, this is your spot. Everyone who works at Magnitech is really nice, and actually cares about you. The company has individuals on staff who are there to help you grow in your career and make sure your voice is heard. If you're hungry to learn, you'll excel even more. They like to have fun and frequently have company events. You get to work from home on Fridays. The CEO started as a tech at an MSP so he gets it and wants to make a difference. Magnitech is changing the MSP game.

      Cons

      Some reviews may point out some growing pains but Magnitech and the CEO have implemented policies and procedures to ensure these are not an issue. The CEO seriously cares about everyone who works there.
