Pros
It’s fun to sell cupcakes and desserts. Employees are nice and some managers are helpful, other managers stay in the office the whole shift.
Cons
It is a very disorganized company. Human Resources doesn’t take issues seriously. There are GMs sleeping with cake icers, and giving them everything they want, overtime, reduce their work and make counter staff do it. GMs also mistreating anyone who would not get along with cake icer. The favoritism is embarrassing.
