Pros

They Give Macbooks to all the leads

Cons

No clarity on Appraisals. MD is involved in leave approval of junior employees. Salary is credited between 7-10 of every month. Even blue collar jobs now get salary on 1st of every month. NO WFH policy. They even don't have enough chairs in office for people to sit. For more than an year now they havent been able to sort internet issue. HR team is useless. Bunch of Good for nothing karens.

Pros

Opportunities to work in a hybrid model. Exposure to localization workflows and coordination across multiple teams. Opportunity to interact with global stakeholders and clients. Develops basic communication skills through hands-on execution.

Cons

Lack of respect for employees at both professional and personal levels. No exposure to new tools, technologies, or structured learning opportunities. Limited skill development; the role does not support exponential or accelerated career growth. If you are looking for strong mentorship, innovation, or long-term upskilling, this may not be the right environment. Work primarily focuses on execution rather than growth, learning, or strategic contribution. No fixed working hours; expectations often extend well beyond normal workdays. Absence of a proper and transparent leave and salary management system, making it difficult to plan personal time. Efforts and extra hours are rarely acknowledged or appreciated. Poor work–life balance, with personal health and well-being often compromised due to continuous pressure and unrealistic timelines. Role responsibilities frequently expand without clarity, support, or alignment with capacity. High dependency on employees being constantly available, leading to burnout.
