everything else. the pay is unfair and there is no guidelines. People will start in similar roles with less experience and get paid more than you. Senior leadership is awful, innappropriate and unprofessional. there is a lack of boundaries and professionalism between CEO and staff, especially when it comes to personal parties and perks. Lack of direction all the time, lack of leadership skill, and constnatly walking on eggshells on whether you're gonna have a job or get some fake praise in a townhall meeting. the culture has some serious problems and the high turnover on the VP/leadership team should be a clear red flag to everyone. No values are followed.
