- Great company culture was destroyed by an ill-conceived and poorly executed change in management brought on by the investment firm that holds a controlling stake in the company. The executive team was forced out unexpectedly. Most of the employees at the company at the time of the management change have left. - The new management team was not transparent and not engaged with the employees during the transition. It inspired no confidence in its ability to lead the organization through such tumult. It was also obvious the new management was not prepared to step into such an environment. The company has since merged with a competitor and brought in additional management and employees — don't know if this is a positive or a negative.
