Super great company - Counselor Magruder Laser Vision Employee Review

I love working for a company that has integrity, honesty, and truly cares about our patients. I have always felt like family here at MLV and I believe this sort of thing starts from the top. Dr Magruder Jr. is truly a genuine person and really cares about his employees.

Not many cons, if I had to hunt for one, then I would say the employee parking situation could be a bit better.

They are very kind people, and their workload is not too heavy. On a busy day, there are only about 45 patients, which is nice compared to other practices. They provide a very spa-like treatment for their patients. The staff there are great and provide good training.

Management is very centralized. Only 2-3 people make decisions regarding everything and its very micromanagement. Always involved in every little thing which can get old very soon. benefits are not the best and they offer medical/dental/vision but its very expensive in comparison to others.
