Pros
Main Event can be a fun company to work for. My co-workers are awesome and are truly like family to me.
Cons
They don't always hire enough people to cover the workload and are pretty stingy about spending the money to hire more staff. The compensation is based on your position within the company, but most of the time your title isn't an accurate representation of what you do. Therefore, most of the staff is severely underpaid.
