Hard to build a clientele

Nice "family feel" for the most part. The owners seem to care about the employees and their clients.

No structure; more of a dictatorship and very micro-managed. You will not feel like an adult working here. Work will continue to pile up with no end in site. They care more about you using a "/" instead of a "-" than making sure the work is being done correctly. Turnover is also pretty high.
