No room for advancement - Anonymous employee MainGate Employee Review

I been working there for 4 years and I only got moved up to part time from seasonal. I'm over worked and under paid. They give you way more responsibilities and don't want to pay you for it. They won't give you more than 25 hours a week. And the only thing that is different from season and part time is 5 hours WOW. Management sucks they always trying to play people they lie and real shady
