Transparent: From our CEO, through our sales leaders, they share how the company is doing and what the future is focused on. Closing Gaps: The Product and Leadership are quickly identifying the gaps in the market and they are closing rapidly.

Still building out swim lanes and getting everyone into going into the right direction. Sometimes we bump into each other but we have the ability to resolve between ourselves.
