      good pay, benefits from the start, Higher mini's then most dealerships, and its a good long lasting cars thats easy to sell. Most people who have Subaru's only buy's Subaru'

      you have to work weekends but then again thats all dealerships.

      Pros

      new building....nice co-workers. you get some weekends off.

      Cons

      Located in a horrible area, Where you fill up gas is full of crime. Almost got robbed. The worst part is the Pay plan. Starting at 11% gross which is horrible it's normally 25% anywhere else you need to sell 25 cars in order to get that... there is money there but you need to sell add ons and other products.
