Pros

In-store teams are great to work with Discounts can be interesting Great products to work with

Cons

Impossible work-life balance as the staff levels are always too low and organisation is not always optimal. No real care or support for retail teams with a toxic pressure from higher ups on KPIs plus a culture/tone where negativity, threats and fostering of unhealthy competition between stores always prevails over encouragements and so-called “wins” Very “one size fits all” strategy with little to no care on how it can be detrimental in some locations No real employee wellbeing initiative in place Very? low salary and benefits when compared to expectations

Cons

I've worked here for a few years and I've seen the company go downhill. They used to respect their employees and support them but once we don't make (unrealistic) goals that may be caused by external factors (and happening to any other store), they start looking over your shoulder, watching cameras, firing management who have been there for years despite it not being their fault. I assume they're restructuring by firing past staff and to find new staff that won't go against them or stand up for themselves and to underpay them. They also are deceptive and aren't transparent with the team and just silently planning for their departure.
