      Pros

      Every day is a great conversation with the veterans we help. Some days were relaxing with downtime, which is made up for with some busy and long days. Driving a long ride home on your own and getting paid is nice if you like podcasts. good retirement plan

      Cons

      Sometimes the add-ons can be surprising. extending your work day. I was ok as I needed as much OT as I can get when I was there.

      Good pay, easy work, fulfilling

      Cons

      Management played favorites and the drama was heavy. If you weren’t constantly kissing up to management, you couldn’t gain any respect.
