Pros

If you want to get started in eSports this is a good place to get started. Your fellow colleagues will treat you with respect and love to be around you. If you want to grow, however, I do not recommend this company at all.

Cons

Management does not know how to manage but seek for you to understand without knowing a certain topic or subject. Some management staff are absolutely clueless as to what a specific job entails. You are basically there to learn on your own and try to build an empire from that learning experience. Top management are money hungry and make way more than normal employees. They do nothing but expect everything. Benefits are horrible. They decreased many of the perks that were given to employees before a big change in company mentality. You are expected to work weekends if you want to succeed and even then, management does not show appreciation. You do not get additional days off for working 7+ days and management does not care. Their mentality is - "you are replaceable".

Pros

Working at MLG is amazing. The people that are behind this company are not only bright individuals but truly have a passion for what MLG is about (which is not the same at many companies). Everyone brings a little something to the table and when that is combined you get an amazing company to work for and be a part of. The ability to go to live events, monday breakfasts and after hour gaming is just a small portion of the benefits to MLG. Lastly the leaders are not behind closed doors and out of sight. There is a very transparent feel here at MLG as every employee is up to date on what is going on in every department and upper management. To sum this up, MLG is just as great to work for as many of you would assume.

Cons

Communication with managers is not that great. Discussions get lost in never ending email chains, direct messages, ect. When things hit the fan rather than finding a solution people would rather point their fingers to blame. Of course this has gotten better since management themselves admit to this fault, but its still not perfect.
