      Great place for young or less experienced machinists and engineers.

      Cons

      Care more about hiring new people than keeping the ones they have. High turnover over. No individual recognition.

      Pros

      Maybe the pay? I really didn't find any "pros" to working here.

      Cons

      Everything from management passing the buck to not reprimanding sexist employees. Not enough safety equipment. Respiratory system should be worn through the entire facility. There's a reason people die before retirement here.
