-Repetitive to death Work. -No career Opportunities (You will be stuck playing some medium positions without salary/benefits increase) with and Ever-done promise to get a different "real position". This is done to keep you motivated but instead, is a lie. -Low salary -Poor & Low Management -Clean Policy -Values: Doesn't care your work (quality, target achievement, innovations, or how helpful you are for your team and teammates) They only consider how good you are at smiling (if you know what I mean) -Values: More than 200 people fired in the past months. They do it in different months in order to avoid External Audits. -Values: Open Investigation when sick (even if you have a doctor certificate) -Values: Working weekends for free. -Values: Staff are micro-managed to the extreme, all breaks (including toilet breaks) need to be registered in to an online system so they can measure how long each staff toilet break takes -Deficient private insurance / poor benefits.
