      Owner is incredibly difficult to work with — disrespectful, unprofessional, and poor grasp on how to execute business mission. Entire staff is underpaid and undervalued.

      Lovely staff who are helpful and a great team.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and can ignore set boundaries. Very high turnover rate and little to no training provided. Raises are always promised but never given.
