Expect the earth - Supervisor Makro Employee Review

When the makro mail comes out, we were told that we could not go home until all items were on the shop floor with relevant signage in place. Some of the items were not delivered until 8 or 9 pm so you would work a 15-16 hour shift. You would pull heavy pallets around in the store without any help. Managers would not sign any overtime off because you were expected to work long hours. Several supervisors walked out after being told they were not committed enough. Not once did senior managers call those that left to find out why the quit and walked out.
