Hello, Thanks for your reveiw. A little confused regarding some of the comments and i would be happy to discuss all of them further should you wish to get in touch bgabbitas@malmaison.com. We do provide uniform to all our employees when they join the company and whilst we do expect them to keep it clean and tidy (which does involving washing it as required) this is generally an accepted practice across the sector. We pay above National Living Wage for all roles within the business as well as a generous benefits package - cycle to work, high street discounts, heavily discounted room rates and discounts in our restaurants and bars. Its been a tough year for everyone and the London market has been hit particularly hard, this has led to more departmental cross over and less people on shift but as the restrictions lift we are seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
