Regarding your comment about low pay, as a business we ensure that we pay above the National Minimum Wage for all positions, and we also offer a Retention Bonus to boost the earning potential for our teams. Hi There, Thanks for your reveiw. Glad you have enjoyed your time at Malmaison. We do offer a range of flexible contracts designed to work around both the employee and the needs of the hotel. These contracts do help maintain a work/ life balance but we do acknowledge that during peak times some shifts may seem longer than others. Ben
