      Pros

      The company provide many great perks including anniversary stays and mental health support. There are plenty of opportunities for staff to go onto bigger and better roles and there is alot of training and support in place to help get them there if they put in the effort.

      Cons

      Staff turnover is high but that is down to the sector as a whole and not a reflection on the brand.

These contracts do help maintain a work/ life balance but we do acknowledge that during peak times some shifts may seem longer than others. Ben
