Bad Leadership Prevents this Company from Being Great - Civil EIT Malone Wheeler Employee Review

Below-average base salary. Bad work/life balance with no paid overtime for salaried employees. High turnover. Most people only stay for a few years and about 1/3 of their employees have been there less than a year. No set teams for projects which leads to chaos and inefficient work being performed. Upper management are arrogant and are not open to new ideas or constructive criticism. They pick favorites and you are noticeably treated differently if you are not of them. They also tend to act on impulse and treat people poorly if they feel inclined to do so in the moment. Very toxic work environment overall. It is a shame that ownership made the work environment so terrible because most other aspects of the company are decent.
