Good pay and fun events, but poor work-life balance - Occupancy Specialist Maloney Properties Employee Review

The company doesn’t encourage a work/life balance at all. There are no bonuses and for my particular site, no promotions or even a willingness to help employees advance to the next level through training and certifications. The office is also in a small, damp, windowless basement at my site.
