This review is for a specific team so it may differ for other teams.
- Single negative feedback for your manager can throw you out, even HR won't help in this case and not even ask single question. So be careful while writing the annual manager review. ( not sure why it is there if can afford negative questions)
- Mid managers have no vision and skill to scale the system
- lack of synergy across the departments
- People are so insecure that old people keep all dependency and don't give space to grow new people in the team. Even though if you give good suggestions or bring something good, it is very hard to convince.
- Managers are unable to define clear roles responsibilities. In fact, they don't have control on all team members. Old team members decide everything.
- Observed many times old team members are shouting on contractors or new employees. So culture needs to be improved.
