      Work life balance is strongly encouraged, and achievable (there are times when a big brief lands and you have no choice) People are really nice Nice offices

      Cons

      Low visibility on pay, but I know there's a lot of variation between people who have the same job

      Amazing colleagues and wonderful opportunities

      Cons

      Overworked, not listened to, top heavy. Probably changed dramatically since leaving but it can’t have been too much if they haven’t made any editors redundant
