Great Company to Work for or be a Client of - Anonymous employee ManagEase Employee Review

I didn't know I was applying to a staffing agency- I just responded to a recruiting position on Indeed. I later received a call from one of the recruiters, Clovia, who explained that her company actually handles all the HR needs for their client- which was the company that was actually looking for the recruiter. I was a bit hesitant because I thought the process would be long, and the communication would be lacking since the interview process would be extended through a third party company- but I was totally wrong! The whole interview process was quick! Clovia was super nice, informative, and very friendly. We had an initital phone interview which was very fluid, more like a conversation. I felt she reslly cared about making the right match for both myself and her client, as opposed to some recruiters who just want to see a candidate placed to get their commission. She helped me prep for the initial interview by giving me "insider tips" (i.e. what the company was looking for, how many resumes to bring, etc) so that I felt fully prepared for meeting with a company I hadn't personally interacted with. She provided me with feedback from the first and second interview, and when she offered me the position onbthe client's behalf, she genuinely seemed excited for me! The whole process was quick, convenient, and genuine -and being that I've been in the recruiting industry for years myself, I have even more of an appreciation for how she handled everything- this was very refreshing!

Honestly, none that I can think of. Clovia kept in touch with me constantly, always returned my calls if we missed each other, and made me feel like I was constantly in the loop on how the interview process was going.

I joined ManagEase for several reasons including the Company Culture, and when you compare it to many other companies you just cant beat the upbeat, positive environments, with excellent Mentors surrounding you, and an Owner who believes in each of her employees and promotes continuing education and always encourages us to better ourselves! I also joined because I saw very clearly that this is a place where I can truly take my career to the next level and grow within the company! I enjoy working here and love coming to work surrounded by positive and professional co-workers as well as a place to always learn something new daily!

This is a very fast paced work environment and whomever joins the company should be aware that it can be very busy at times, but in time most adjust to the pace of the job. This is not necessarily a con- but this is something I feel others should consider.
