Pros
Interesting projects with opportunities to learn a lot. Nice supportive work colleagues. There will always be someone more knowledgable to teach you what you need. Salary promotions every year, with clear career path.
Cons
Very strict hierarchy. Compensation could be better. Soft manipulation from partners to get you to do what they want. Little flexibility and a bit toxic culture: "do everything for the company/client at the expense of all else".
