Extremely hierarchical working culture, only incentivising for shoe polishers to work their way up. Be prepared to waste hours of your life staying at work with nothing to do just because the consultant who’s more senior than you hasn’t left yet. People with zero leadership experience are assigned to lead projects, and consultants with 1 year experience feel entitled new joiners around. Competitive environment in an unhealthy way. HR department by far the worst I have seen, mostly composed of interns therefore the flaws committed are countless. Projects are boring. Only spoke to my line manager once or twice.
