you learn a lot, to work under pressure, if you are lucky you get to travel abroad. Every year your promotion is mostly guaranteed.
Cons
Very long hours. Very technical. Almost always the same client and projects are usually related. You always are uncertain of your situation, whether or not you are going to stay where you are or are going to change your project in the short run.
