      Pros

      Good environment (depending on the project). If you want to travel you con do projects abroad. Very strong corporate culture.

      Cons

      The clients are mainly two Spanish banks and it is very difficult to projects in more than 2/3 different clients. Very long hours.

      Can be really bad if you have bad project and pushy clients. And the client is above everything else
