Pros

It is a small software company with a pleasant and friendly working atmosphere. Most colleagues get along well and the environment is quite relaxed. There is not much internal competition or pressure to outshine one another. There are monthly team activities and free food, snacks, and fruits for employees, but the company does not invest in providing OPD health insurance. It is unclear whether it is due to a lack of budget or simply because they don’t see its importance.

Cons

The main challenge is that the leadership is not particularly strong or decisive. The company lacks a clear direction and often relies on ad-hoc decisions rather than long-term planning. For example: Decisions are often delayed or inconsistent. When important choices need to be made — like whether to take on a new project or invest in a new technology — the leadership tends to hesitate or change their mind frequently. Goals and priorities are unclear. Team members are not always sure what the company’s real objectives are, so everyone tends to just focus on their own tasks without a shared sense of purpose. The manager here has never really demonstrated how to sell — not even by example. They just keep pushing for numbers. It is hard to ask for help because it often feels like the manager does not really understand the customers or the problems we are facing. There is no real work plan or strategy being discussed within the team, and no clear direction on how we are supposed to achieve our targets. As a result, the team just goes through the motions, relying mostly on repeat clients and waiting for incoming work instead of actively growing the business. The executives also seem unaware of what is happening on the ground — whether teams are coordinating well, or whether internal processes are taking too long. Communication between departments is slow, which makes it hard for downstream teams to do their jobs, and customers are often left waiting for answers because responses inside the company are delayed. Work tends to be very routine: people just do their tasks, wait for old clients, finish the day, and go home. There is little focus on acquiring new customers or expanding the business. Although management talks about wanting to grow, their actions do not reflect that intention. They do not invest or take any real initiative to strengthen customer relationships. Even simple things like hosting events or social gatherings to build rapport with clients are seen as unnecessary expenses. The executives themselves rarely show up in front of customers. They have no public presence, do not appear at events, and do not engage on social media. It is always the staff who have to represent the company on their own. There are monthly team activities and free food, snacks, and fruits for employees, but the company does not invest in providing OPD health insurance. It is unclear whether it is due to a lack of budget or simply because they do not see its importance. People are comfortable but not growing. The friendly, low-stress environment makes it easy to stay, but it does not necessarily inspire professional growth or innovation. Overall, it is the kind of company that is nice to work at but does not move forward much. A comfortable place, but without strong leadership to drive progress or change.

Pros

The colleagues are kind and supportive.

Cons

The owner is misleading. While he insists there are no layoffs, he has quietly pressured my coworkers to resign one by one. He speaks of the company’s commitment to transparency, but in reality, it's all a facade meant to mislead customers. This behavior raises serious questions about the integrity of the business.
