      higher ed -- esp small schools- precarious position leadership remote/rural location - not many other opportunities or amenities within an hour

      Pros

      Work life balance is valued by both the community, but also the workers from this organization. Heading into my field I did not know if it was going to include this, or other values, but I have been proven wrong and that is a good thing.

      Cons

      Deadlines arise randomly, although consistent may not be able to conclude in a timely manner.
