      The students,colleagues and our resistance to Tmc!

      Cons

      Autocratic,bullying,smothered in mindless forms,no transparency,punitive management - threatening approach to any grassroots discontent.A centralised money making machine interested in funding - not quality education.Manchester have come in and morale has slumped - everyone looking for new jobs.

      Pros

      Work life balance is valued by both the community, but also the workers from this organization. Heading into my field I did not know if it was going to include this, or other values, but I have been proven wrong and that is a good thing.

      Cons

      Deadlines arise randomly, although consistent may not be able to conclude in a timely manner.
